BREAST AUGMENTATION

Getting breast enhancement surgery is one of the most common procedures in cosmetic plastic surgery today! Women of all ages are selecting breast implants in order to improve their overall breast appearance that have been affected by factors including aging and childbearing.

Breast enhancement is performed by inserting a breast implant above or beneath the breast muscle called the pectoralis major muscle. There are two main types of breast implants: silicone gel and saline, both of which come in different shapes and sizes. The incision made for placement can be in a variety of locations. Our surgeon primarily makes an incision below the breast fold (inframammary fold) that often times is very well hidden.

Breast implant surgery is a medical procedure that requires highly developed surgical skill. The goal is to leave a woman's breasts looking as natural as possible, while enlarging them to their desired size. Due to the surgery's complexity, you're in safer hands using Dr. Villalobos, a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in all aspects of breast enhancement.

During your initial consultation you will learn more about the surgical procedure, have the ability to ask questions and explore your options with the guidance of our plastic surgeon and physician assistant. Also during the consultation, photographs will be taken for your medical record, an examination with measurement of your breasts will be performed, and the possible risks or complications will be discussed.

The total cost of surgery includes the operating room fee, the costs of anesthesia, the cost of the surgical procedure, and the implants themselves. After your visit, we will be able to give you an estimate of the overall cost and breakdown in each of these categories.
